“Answering my basic questions”

I emailed Voipfone to ask some specific questions relating to using VoIP to set up a call answering service for multiple clients for my business. The email was answered within the one hour window they said it would be, and the responses to my questions were clear and thorough.

I had some follow-up questions and chose to use the live chat function on the website to ensure a quicker response, as I needed to feed back to colleagues quickly. The operator there provided full answers to my questions and was patient and polite when I asked her what were probably fairly obvious questions. I also had further questions that occurred to me as we chatted and she answered them too.

These were pre-purchase questions for me to be able to consider whether Voipfone would be suitable for my business.
