“Fantastic Value & Service”

I recently bought a refurbished desktop and I am thrilled with my purchase and the service I received. There was a hiccough with my order because of comms with my bank and I emailed them seeking clarification which they provided at their earliest opportunity. Despite being free shipping, I was delighted to receive next day delivery with door to door parcel tracking and a one hour delivery window - you cannot get better than that. I had a concern with the video driver but it was fixed with a driver update. All in all I am completely thrilled. Thank you!
