“Awful, disappointing and still with out a phone.”

I sent my iPhone 5 off to the this excuse for a insurance and repair group the day I dropped it into water (signed for delivery with the phone physically wrapped up in the insurance form) after 5 days I had still not heard anything back from them so I decided to call TSB to see what was going on. Their poor customer service was Imeadiatly noted when they told me I had to track my own phone as they had no idea of where it was. Once I tracked my delivery myself I found out it had been signed for the very next day after I sent it. I then rang Tsb back only for them to tell me it was "probably" at the repair workshop. They had no idea where my phone was or what was going on. Not only that but they did not even have a number to contact them with so they told me it could be up to another 2days for them to get an answer to me! Anyway after another 5 days I receive my apparently fixed phone only to turn it on put it on charge and find the screen isn't working..... And that's as far as I'm up to with them. They are an absolute joke of a company and service. The fact I have paid into this membership primarily for the phone insurance for two years and then had to pay a 100 pound excess is really disappointing. I don't feel I want to carry on banking with a company as careless and negligent as TSB.
