“Great service”

Booked a holiday to Maderia, and wanted to upgrade seats I couldn't do this on the internet so I phoned the member of staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and found us a great deal. She was very helpful when we encountered a problem with payment, and didn't leave us high and dry. Hope the holiday lives up to our expectations. I would recommend this firm and would use again.
