“Disgusting customer service!!”

Santander called to asking for my personal details so i said that for security i didn't want to give it. I said I would call them back. I asked for his name and he gave it. When I called back I ask to speak to the same person I spoke to, named Bruce, they wouldn't put me through but abruptly asked for my personal details again, so i gave it. Only when i had given my personal details did the person i was speaking to the whole time confirm he was Bruce! Why did he not identify yourself??! Where's the customer services in that?? He goes on to tell me that in future, when they call, i should give my details straight away because it might be important. Excuse me?? Hasn't anyone ever told you NEVER give out your personal details to those calling you, especially if your not expecting a call!! They should know this!! And as a bank, they Should not be telling people to do this!! VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't care about customer safety!!
