“Still waiting for BA cancelled flight refund”

Booked through TS for New Year in NY. All well until BA cancelled flights home due to snow, they offered us a full refund on flights, which we accepted. BA explained that refund would be paid to TS as we had booked through them. Despite repeated emails over last 10 weeks and the fact that BA have advised that refund has been made to TS, still no monies, just emails saying we will pay you in a few weeks/it can take up to six weeks etc etc this has now been ongoing for 10 weeks.
Despite travelling 2/3 per year we will never book through TS again and our now having to consider our legal options on how best to get back the money owed.
