I ordered my sweaters on 21 February. They were shipped on the 25th of February. It is now the 11th of March and I still have not receive my purchase. I have emailed Woolover to determine when I may expect my package and did not hear back from them. I just received this survey.
Once I receive my sweaters, I will be happy to discuss quality. I feel customer service may need tweaking.
