I asked a simple question about extended care for a laptop,the guy was not to sure,and called the manager over,the manager did not even know,and was a smartass about it..cheeky *******...that was in alperton store,and i have had the same thing in 2 other stores of theres,staples corner,and one in wembley,i wont buy nothing from there again,i will go to argos instead and get a laptop..
