I bought a number of items from the cooks kitchen and the order when through fine and I got a load of emails to say my order had been process and then that they would email me as soon as the order was dispatched, and then nothing. I tried emailing asking for an estimated time of dispatch... I got no reply. I tried calling and I was kept on hold for 25 mins staying at "call position 2" for the whole time
