“Woodworm treatment”

Timberwise proved to be a great choice for us. There were plenty to choose from and we had to more or less guess which company to pick. As it was a worrying time for us (finding woodworm in the attic), we were nervous about the outcome. We shouldn't have been. Every interaction with Timberwise was positive - even when I got a bit hot and bothered at one point right at the start as I'd been ringing the wrong number! They were adaptable with their appointment times fitting in totally to my needs, they were quick and polite and professional doing the work, and their price was very compatible. Add to that the built-in guarantee for their work and it simply couldn't be better. I believe they are even in the process of offering customers "paperless" correspondence? When I requested an invoice / receipt by email it was offered without fuss. Full marks all round. Thank you Timberwise. Asked re "value for money" I'd like to give five stars . . but as we're currently struggling like everyone else. I would have preferred the work to be free so I'm just giving four stars!! "Good value" - I couldn't really "party"! Lol.
