“US Airways BAD Customer Service”

08 Mar 2014 flight 692 from Phoenix to Honolulu, the US Airways employee at the gate was rude and refused to help me move a seat so that I could be in a seat nezt to my 8yr old. My family of four were traveling and we all had seats in different areas of the plan. I am in the US Army traveling on orders and this woman was unbelievably rude and refused to help. When my 90l. 16 year old daughter was not comfortable with helping on a exit row. This rude woman started an attitude. I was so shocked by her behavior I didnt know how to react. It sad that I have gone to war and had friends die fifhting for people like this...
