I was having a hard time getting in contact with customer service for a problem that I had with my shipping address. They emailed me about the problem and when I tried to fix it myself on the website, nothing was changed. Customer service took too long to answer my reply. After the problem was finally fixed, my order was shipped but it went past the day it was supposed to come. My order of two items has been terribly difficult to deal with. It is now the 17th day since I ordered my items. Daisy street, you really need to step it up because this has been ridiculous for me
