Tell you that you can collect your items from a store near you next day after 5pm.
Called the next day which was a Friday to check it was in and wasn't going to be a wasted trip and they told me that it wouldnt be with them until the Monday. If I new this I would have paid the £4.99 delivery charge for next day delivery to my home. Plus they didn't call me or email to tell me it wasn't in. It would have been a wasted journey for me!!!
