“disgusting treatment”

I booked two flights for myself and my partner through the ODOPO website. The day after I booked the flight I went to the airline website to check my flight plan to which I found that my bookings had been cancelled. I spoke with an adviser at the airline and he alerted me that it was ODOPO that cancelled my bookings and it was nothing to do with the airline. I emailed the ODOPO help centre to which I was told to phone the call centre. I spoke to someone at your call centre who told me I would not be entitled to any refund except the taxes of £23. I was also told I would have to apply for this refund which would cost me £25. So I would loose more money!!! THEY cancelled my flights, the day after I booked them, without informing me. What would have happened if I had not checked and instead went to the airport to catch my flight? NEVER BOOK WITH ODOPO
