Service was good but I found it a lengthy process so would suggest a call back when all the inputs had been complete perhaps. Also I found a ten pound charge per ticket on the invoice which had not been mentioned during my conversation on enquiry, it should have been so I would recommend that it becomes part of the sales pitch to avoid mistakes or suspiciousness.
Finally after I had read on the website that there would be a 2% charge for a mastercard I was informed that in fact it was going to be 3%. For the purposes of transparency and again suspiciousness I would recommend a complete review and up date of the website because when spending nearly four thousand pounds what a customer wants is transparity and confidence not overt sales mistakes.
