I sent them my iphone 5 after they valued it online at £223 only to recieve an uodated value of £156 due to scratched on the screen. There was nowhere to put in the condition of the phone and in anycase it was only slightly scratched due to normal wear and tear. Nowe I must pay £3 for them to return the phone ontop of the initial £7 that it cost me to post it to them. Stick with Mazuma or Envirophone they are much more trustworthy.
