The lens was ordered on line on 24th Feb with a Direct Bank Transfer, tracking details arrived by email on the 25th Feb. and the Lens arrived via UPS on the 27th Feb. Better than most other on-line retailers, and this had come from Hong Kong, with all p&p and tax included. Total cost still £600 cheaper than many UK retailers. The lens was packaged well which seemed to have survived a few bumps and knocks. The lens itself was in its original box with all stated accessories and was undamaged. It appears brand new with only one minor observation that the lens serial number label had been removed from the box. Too soon to tell about reliability and warranty but feel confident that Panamoz will honour the 3 years stated.
