“Not brilliant but ok, website is misleading about what...”

We arrived to no warm welcome, no complimentary drink, no robe, no slippers....... As stated on the website. We were not given the option to choose which type of massage we had and following that we were not asked whether we would like to shower.....just said thanks and have a nice weekend!
