The idea of Servicing Stop is great but the reality of it is quite the opposite.
When I had booked for an MOT online, they were prompt at calling me back to confirm but the lady I spoke with was very rude, brash and even sighed at one point. My car was picked up at 9am and I did not hear from them again until after 4pm explaining my car had failed it's MOT, quoting £200 for a lower arm change and a new sidelight. By waiting to call me after 4pm meant that any work needed could not be done on the same day and so I was advised I would not get my car back between the advertised 4-6pm same day collect and delivery. The next day, I was called by Servicing Stop by a mechanic to tell me that the work that was done took longer than expected due to difficulties with my car therefore an extra £39 had been added to my invoice. Needless to say I was not pleased and disgusted at what I think is an abuse of power. Young females that are inexperienced with cars and it's mechanics are being taken advantage of and ripped off and I will never use this service again. Once I had paid, nobody got back to me to arrange for my car to be delivered back so I had to call them. My car wasn't cleaned and the mechanic left the white protective cover in y car. Overall not happy at all.
