I purchased three flight tickets through lastmintue.com. After two weeks last minute informed us that the flight time has been altered.
I ask last-minute to change the flight or compensate to the customer.
This what I got from them
Thank you for your reply on 23rd February 2014 regarding compensation. I apologize for the delay in response.
I am afraid that we will not be able to compensate you as this is a change done by the airline and for this minor change airline has not authorised us to pay any compensation to our customers.
Beware Last-minute is not taking responsibility if the flight time has been altered by Airlines. Lastmintue will inform you to contact Airlines
