“DON'T BE PUT OFF BY INITIAL EVALUATION!!”

I got an initial valuation by email for my jewellery. It was really not a good start! However, after emailing back and telling them what I thought it was worth and a very nice chap phoning me, I was reassured. Nickolas then arranged to phone me the next morning (which he did) and I was offered a decent price, given the opportunity to take the offer or get my jewellery back - I chose the money - which was put into my bank account the same day. So, happy ending. Hint - don't take the first offer given!
