“Good strong bag”

I rang before ordering to confirm that the bag will fit my laptop case, the customer service was brilliant, and ordering was a very easy experience. The bag came out to be perfect, made from very good leather. Delivery was tracked via Parcel force, giving 4 stars as delivery took 3 days, else it was all good.
