“Orders Arrive Late/not at all, Customer Services...”

My order of refills should have arrived last Friday at the latest. I emailed them 5 days ago. No reply. I emailed again 3 days ago. No reply. I've raised a Paypal dispute. No reply. They leave you stuck without refills when you've forked out £50 for a kit. So you end up having to fork out for ANOTHER kit from a local petrol station when it comes to the weekend in order to avoid risking becoming a smoker again.... What use is that? AVOID. I'm going to send my entire kit back as they are not providing the service they should making the whole concept utterly pointless!

Also, when I ordered my original kit - it took a long time to arrive too (I live in a very busy postal area)
