“Expedia: customer service even now not satisfying”

There is no uncertainty Expedia is one of the top voyage booking websites. It contains different advantages that made it the primary pick in any traveler's record. Though really functional, the site's customer service is not because responsive because it should be. It decays its reputation as one of the leaders while competing with opponents. I confronted problems for my bookings with purchaser service, and also some information didn't look like to be correct because informed via the organization rep over the telephone.

In case you're interested I have a preference applying theholidayhotels.com for the reason that they offer the equal deals/hotels/flights etc as Expedia, yet on the site there might be found certain added listings of accommodations, that are not listed on top of the conventional sites. Those hotels in their system has been a huge help for me, since they are not just reasonably priced, but also geared up with the nicest facilities.
