“RESTORED SIGHT IN MINUTES - AMAZING”

From start to finish the experience at Optical Express couldn't have been better. The initial consultation filled me with hope for better vision and the subsequent tests really sorted out what was required. Lens replacement was the solution for me. My experience was great and I was quickly put at ease. With both eyes being operated on one week apart my vision was soon restored and made me feel like teenager again. On the day of surgery you are well looked after. The surgeon talks through the procedure with you beforehand and then, after the right amount of anaesthetic, the operation proceeds. It is over very quickly. There is no pain and although you are aware something is going on in your eye it is not at all uncomfortable. After a short rest and a nice cup of tea and a biscuit you are free to go. The next day is amazing!! Once that eye patch comes off you realise just how well the op has gone!! I was able to see everything much much more clearly and could read even small print - something I had not been able to do for years!! What bliss and I only had to wait one week before I could have the other eye done and be truly fixed. I cannot thank Optical Express and all their staff enough. Anyone thinking of having this procedure should really go for it.
