WRITE A REVIEW

“After Sale poor”

I have had the solar panels fitted. The team doing the installation where excellent and I have no issues with anything they did but I do have an issue with the scaffold team. So lets start from the beginning the visiting sales person had questionable knowledge about the product. Advising the Inverter monitored all the individual panels for a problem. Looking into this it is not the case he rang me to see how things were going and queried this he said he would get back to me the next day but never did.
Also I have a hole in the brickwork from the scaffolders. Which was supposed to have been filled in, it was not. I have contacted Solar quite a number of times and they have put me through to the installation team who advise I will be contacted within a day or two to arrange a visit but after one and a half months still nothing. I am aware its a small job and don't expect them to make a special trip just for this but a phone call would be nice.
It's a shame because it puts into question after sales service. So my review is only "Could Do Better"
PS I will keep trying!
