“Useless and a waste of money!!”

Purchased our Gree aircon abt 3yrs ago. We were told it was one of the best. It was expensive and its still costing us a lot of money. We have had nothing but malfunctions and problems with it. We have called techs out abt 6-8 times now and each time they charge us a small fortune. Jst a complete rip-off. we are still having problems. Will never buy one again. The instruction manual has bad English in it, and wrong spelling, usually that comes from some Chinese or indian or Korean guys and that means this unit is cheaply made. Would liked to have known abt the reviews here before we purchased one, as we would not have bought one.
