“Never on time ”

The number 99 to Luton from Milton
Keynes is always late. I can appreciate traffic can be an issue however, for a bus to
be late everyday and by 30 minutes sometimes is extremely
unacceptable. To put the icing on the cake most of the coach drivers are rude and when asked
why they're late they make you feel like you have no right to ask. Seriously the worst coach company I have ever used!! I'm not one to make complaints but this service has given me
No choice.
