“Once again the only eadable part was the pineapple”

Preston plungington rd pizza hut delivery:
It is allowed for people to be human; everyone makes mistakes. We have a choice of pizza delivery in our area however for some unknown reason my 5 & 7 year old always chose Pizza Hut. They won't be asked anymore! The last time we made this choice we had hard, cold, burnt pizzas. Not complicated ingredience, just ham and pineapple. I informed the manager and he credited our bill. Fair enough I guess (?) even though we hadn't actually eaten much and were still hungry.
After two weeks I traded the credit note in over the phone and after a lengthy and confusing conversation with staff and managers, we were promtly delivered piping hot brand new pizzas just how you would want them.
Fast forward a couple of weeks and my boys wanted the same pizzas so we paid for the £5 deal and 40 minutes later we were handed the same hardly warm, tough base, leather ham pizzas..... of course, once again, the only eadable part was the pineapple.
I am totally fed up with complaining and no amount of vouchers to receive the same rubbish will change my children's minds!
