I was trying to get my wife to pay her monthly bills etc. using our online
account . I magine my surprise when I went to show her the system and found it will not accept a new Payee . After ages of fruitless time wasted on their Premium rate support number / Discussion via their Talk support , who gave up & asked me to ring Telephone Support ( Premium Line ) / and also Email support , which is on going without much luck to date .
