“Tesco did what Wickes couldn't do!”

Having ordered bathroom goods from Wickes and agreeing to wait over 3 weeks for delivery, they sent only 1 part and then told me it would be another 3 or more weeks for the rest of the order... Looking for alternatives on line, I found Tesco did exactly the same matching items for a few pounds more but had delivery options for several days that same week - so pleasd!
One slight problem was that I didn't get a confirmation email after placing the order, so I rang them and had it all confirmed, no problem at all. The delivery was excellent as you can track the delivery process online and see what time to the minute when they will be with you - and it was exact, plus they rang me 15mins in advance to confirm., then offered to bring all the parts in as required... None of this just delivering kerbside as I got from wickes.
Very impressed with everything and the friendly helpful staff on the phone and delivering - would highly recommend to anyone!
