I did leave a review saying very prompt, great turnaround etc - that was before I received the cheque.

The first cheque never arrived. After querying they said it must have got lost in the post. Another was sent which arrived but after banking was returned to me by my bank as 'refer to drawer'. I contacted I Gadgets who advised me that the cheque may have had some print out of line... Seems a little dodgy to me. About to return cheque so we will see.

Also, I got a quote based on my phone not being in working order as £50 but was later offered only £30 after they checked the phone. The speaker, volume keys and home button weren't working, which I knew but I'd already stated it wasn't in working order. There should be more options to say what's wrong with your phone to get a more precise quote. It actually turned out no more money than I was offered on other sites, where I may have got my money sooner!
