I purchased a new domain to replace my exisiting domain and needed to get it working. After a couple of very quick emails explaining that my new domain was not working the very helpful support staff put in place the new dns records and within just a few hours i had the site up and running. I can only testify the expertise and friendy, and rsponsive staff. They respond very quickly to support tickets - in my case within 30 mins - and then explain clearly what needs to be done and when it will take effect. I thourougly recommend this company
