“Unreliable service”

I order with a prior to 2pm delivery service to a funeral service. I called at 2:16 & the driver is 'still on his way'. The FYF rep still says "we need to wait till the driver goes back to the shop to confirm delivery" when it's already confirmed at 2:16 it's NOT delivered. ??? Not very bright representative. Late spray delivery to a funeral service? Big embarrassment & when I ask what's the solution to this problem she just kept repeating "our florist is doing everything they can". That is NOT a solution. It's not even a description. It's a wishful thinking at best.

NOT going to use them again. Don't use From Your Flowers. Unreliable. No one can offer a solution to a problem. Not to mention they lost my 1st order & I had to get up at 1am to place another order online.
