“TERRIBLE SERVICE- HIDDEN CHARGES”

Beware- I compared prices online and AXA came out cheaper than other insurers but I wanted to take out a multi-car policy so contacted them by phone to add a second car. When completing details online I added an accident claim that had happened on a previous policy. When contacting AXA by phone and adding the second car I was never asked any questions about previous claims and I assumed that the details that I completed online would be mirrored with the second car policy. I was later contacted by email to say that AXA needed to add a claim to my second car policy and they are to charge me £20.38 for this as I didn't add this originally. They were also going to charge an admin fee on top of this but luckily I made the changes to the policy online.
