“Hassle-free exchange”

I purchased a pair of Julbo Revolution goggles from Facewest, but on receipt found that they had a manufacturing fault, so had to return them and request an exchange. On their return, someone from Facewest called to confirm that a replacement was available, but they were a slightly updated design(there was no longer a clip on the headband), so wanted to confirm whether I still wanted them.

The person I spoke to was helful and friendly - there was no quibble and the replacement goggles were dispatched immediately. A full refund was also given to cover my return postage and I was in receipt of the replacement goggles in less than a week from returning the orignals.

I am very pleased with my new goggles and with the great service from Facewest in dealing with my return. I would definitely recommend them.
