After ordering & paying for them in October 2013 I ended up cancelling the order in Jan 2014 after so many problems trying to get delivery made.
It transpired that they did not have all the items I ordered anyway!
Customer services dreadful. Especially from a so called company director.
Other female customer services tried to help, but obviously under orders not reveal too much information regarding orders.
Online tracking facility useless.
Liaison by the company with their transport agent useless.

Still waiting for the agreed refund as promised in various emails.
If you want good honest service, keep away from this company. Its simply just an awful online shop.

Instead, use a decent supplier such as The oak outlet, based in Wigan.
