i was concerned that you didn't ask for my passport details when i was booking, as all other times i have booked flights online this has been mandatory. I feel concerned that my flight has not been secured for me. Also there are no clear links on the confirmation email about how to check in online... it took me a while to find the appropriate website and reference codes to do so. i couldn't in fact check in online and i am not sure why, as the error message came up in Chinese. perhaps i am too early. it would be good if you sent a reminder email to check in at the appropriate time, as i am not sure the airline have my details. Thank you.
