Been insured with Nationwide since 1999 and was very satisfied. Not now. Was covered by Guaranteed rebuild cost- not now. Cost for buildings and contents risen fron £889 in 2011/12 to £1842 2014/5- NO CLAIM MADE.
Call centre staff cannot answer questions. Told must complete RICS rebuild calculator which will not accept my properties details as it is a cottage. Now must pay £200 to get a surveyor to access the rebuild costs!!!!
