“Awful products, awful experience, awful customer services.”

Purchased remanufactured ink cartridges only to find that it didn't work. Phoned up customer services to request replacement but was only offered advice as to how to get the cartridge to work. Followed their advice to the letter but still no luck with getting the cartridges to work and so another phone call to customer services which they responded with confirmation that they will be sending out a replacement and a self addressed returns label for the faulty item to be returned which arrived a couple of weeks later.

Installed the replacement cartridge only to find that, again, it didn't work and so sent both back in the same return package.

After two weeks I had still not received replacements for the two faulty products they supplied and so yet another phone call to customer services was required to chase this up. The customer service rep I spoke to was, to give her her due, very nice and polite and said that when packages are returned it can take quite a while to be processed as they needed to be tested etc.... So I left it for the time being.

Several weeks have now gone by since the orginal communication with their company and have now received another e-mail to state that another replacement has been sent out but 4 days later nothing has arrived and so yet another telephone call to customer services was required. This time it was a completely different story. The man I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending stating that "I didn't know anything" and was aggressive in his tone and the way he was talking to me, at times even raising his voice to me.

I don't know if he was having a "bad day at the office" but to be honest that is no excuse considering his position as a customer service rep. His behaviour was completely unnecessary, obnoxious.

I will not be ordering from this company again based on this person's attitude and for the repeated unreliable products supplied.
