“Lousy service from their NCD department”

I took out car insurance and waited for my old insurers to supply my NCD details. Lloyds bullied me constantly for the proof which I obviously could not send until I had received it from my old insurers. In the end because they implied that I was a liar I cancelled the policy and went back to my old insurers who managed to discover my NCD entitlement from the National Insurance Database which Lloyds would not do. They granted me the full entitlement I had informed Lloyds that I was due to, but they would not accept!
Lloyds as far as I am concerned gave me the very worst service I have ever had from any insurance company and I certainly will never consider them for any future insurance business. As a bank they are great.....as an insurance provider they are exeptionally poor in the Customer Service department!
