“Terrible warranty turnaroud”

I have been a customer of Ebuyer for many years. I recently purchased a high end graphics card from them which had an out of box failure. After researching on forums i established this "black screen" was a fault with this card.
Now the real problems begin. I had to call first register the fault, then I get a returns number by email asking me to call them back. Then I have to explain the fault to a technician, he arranges collection a couple of days later...2 days after that i get an email telling me that someone will look at the problem within 2-5 days not replace mind you just look???
I called customer service and was greeted with a trained parrot repeating off a screen what I already new, offering no help or solutions whatsoever, so then I asked for a supervisor. I pointed out to the supervisor that I had paid £10 for a next day delivery and 7 days later still did not have any goods that worked. She replied that the method of postage was my choice :-0 OMG!
After pointing out how bad that response to me was, she agreed to refund my postage and try to get someone to look at my return quicker....I still have no idea when |I will receive my goods.
Are they a bad company?, no I don’t think so, but if you have a problem their returns service is long winded , automated and customer satisfaction is very low on their priority. Basically their customer service motto is "Tough"
Ebuyer... treat out of box failures as a priority please!!!!
Oh and by the way listening to pre-recorded messages whist on hold about their fast delivery of essentials did nothing to ease my anger!!
