“Dead Flowers”

First time I have used Debenham Flowers and believe me I will never use them again. I ordered a rose for my partner and it arrived half dead ! When I contacted Debenhams they said the rose was half dead because I had not removed the protective leaves ! So what about the curled up dry crispy leaves then !! Very poor customer service not even a apology, I am still awaiting a response to my second complaint. Don't order flowers from Debenhams what ever you do !!!
