“Late, Badly Packaged and Broken”

I will NEVER be ordering from ISME again. Ever.

I ordered a decorative glass bowl (Item Number: 3VWKP12) on the 2nd February, after accidentally breaking a similar one at home. It eventually arrived on the 13th February.

The box that it came in was obviously one that had previously contained something else and had been torn (not cut) down to size and roughly taped around the edges. There were no fragile warnings on the outside what-so-ever and the box looked as if it had been pretty poorly treated either in the warehouse, in transit or both.

On opening the box, I found the bowl had been wrapped with a single piece of bubble wrap and bit of brown packing paper - it was loose enough that it was able to move around inside the box and it quickly became apparent that within the bubble wrap, the bowl itself was already in about 5 pieces! Needless to say, I didn't bother unwrapping it any further so I am unable to review the bowl itself (or at least the bits of glass that I received)!

The only reason I have felt able to give a single star (and not zero stars) is the fact that the woman I spoke to when I called to return the item was helpful and handled my complaint well.

Other than that I rate ISME:

TERRIBLE!
