“Shocking ”

I order a valatines bouquet and ballon pay £33.00 to be delivered on valentines day to my partner who is a school teacher now considering that the address they were going to was a school at 4.45pm these flowers still could not be tracked I have since opened a dispute case with paypal to recover my full refund disappointed is not the word!!! ... Only to be called Monday afternoon at 15.22pm from my partner to say they had just been delivered and I might add deflated balloon and the roses damaged because they have been lying somewhere more likely the delvery company all damn weekend ..... Well sorry to say NOT GOOD ENOUGH,!! This company is a sham don't answer emails can't contact them by telephone etc NEVER AGAIN COMPLETE LET DOWN!!!!
