“Non existant customer services”

I booked a holiday 6 months prior to departure and was told 24 hours before flying that the accommodation wasn't available, I agreed to alternative accom and on arrival found it wasn't what we had been told it was. I contacted the local rep and got nowhere, on arriving home I contacted Jet2 holidays customer service and it has taken over 5 months of wrangling to get a mediocre settlement. Jet2 customer services are first class in NOT serving their customers. I wouldn't book with them even if they offered FREE holidays!!
