Throughout the whole traumatic ordeal during the aftermath of a collision Albany provided an oasis if calm and assistance. The ability to talking to a real person instead of a machine or an operator with a strict script was refreshing. Albany communicated with me from the first instance interested in my needs and requirements rather than inform me of what they wanted. Nothing seemed too insignificant nor where what appeared to be silly questions met with anything but straight forward honest answers.
I would like to balance this review with something negative but am unable to do so because my experience was very positive.
