Several issues, made my selection online and went to place the order, handling and shipping fees were 33% but it was the day before Valentines so I expected to pay a premium. Received an immediate email confirmation stating the order was placed and if the local florist was out of stock a suitable alternative would be delivered. I then received an e-mail on Valentines day stating the local company was out of stock AND NO delivery would be made. However they did send me a coupon for 30% off (amazing how that matched their handling upcharge) if I placed another order before the end of August. Never again for me, I will contact local companies direct in the future.
