ORDERDED VALENTINE FLOWERS ON BEHALF OFF MY SON , FOR HIS GIRLFRIEND
AS STATED FOR ARRIVAL ON 14TH FEBRUARY. PAID EXTRA FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY .
NO ORDER ARRIVED AND I SPENT ALL DAY YESTERDAY RINGING ,EMAILING, CHAT-LINING,WHICH WERE ALL AUTOMATED SERVICES . LUCKY I PAID THROUGH PAYPAL SO I HAVE A GOOD CHANCE OF A REFUND. HAVE TO SAY THEY WERE VERY QUICK IN DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT, NO CONTACT FROM THEM TODAY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS AND NUMEROUS E-MAILS. HORRENDOUS COMPANY . NOT DOING THEMSELVES MUCH GOOD,AND NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS.LET DOWN A LOT OF PEOPLE AS I HAVE READ NUMEROUS REVIEWS ONLINE.
