we reported a fault 2 weeks ago. we asked for an engineer to come out an appointment was made for last week no one turned up. we contacted their customer service ans were told it had been cancelled they could not give us a reason why. re-booked another appointment for an engineer and not surprising i havw waited in all day and know one has turned up!!! To say im angry is an understatement i am paying for a service i cannot use. diabolical!! time to cancel i think but im still without a phone.
